We made our own Romeo and Juliet cocktails for you thirsty couples out there on Valentine’s Day – two refreshing, floral drinks you’d be a fool to bite your thumb at.
JULIET:
2 parts gin
1 part Zucca amaro
1 part Chambord Royale
1/2 part rose water
3 parts ginger beer
lemon (for garnish)
ROMEO:
1 part black rum
1 part Luxardo amaro
1/2 part Hum hibiscus liqueur
3 parts iced tea
1/2 part baked apple bitters
